Morning all! Here’s my 3 minute go-to breakfast. It’s incredibly easy and quick to make… and of course – it’s Paleo!

Scrambled Eggs & a Banana

2 large eggs (cage free or organic if possible)
1 large banana
Lawrys Seasoning Salt
PAM olive oil spray

Directions: Spray a non-stick pan with PAM olive oil spray. Scramble 2 eggs on medium heat. Add in Lawry’s Seasoning Salt for taste as you finish cooking. Slice up a large banana and enjoy.
